Really really doubt they would be only for dongle users, granted they already released for non dongle users, and judging from how their statement were. I would almost dare bet, nah, I would bet those eboots will be for non-dongle users.

That part was there since a long time, they planned to add extended functionality it seems, but yeah, since the beggining of e3 flasher that was mentioned, so no drama on my end =P.

So far, e3 is in my white-list, their products are not a rip-off, they help save consoles in a user-friendly way.

Now, lets hope they don't become corrupted xD, LOL

But not one word about FW compatibility.... in their first (very hard to read) statement they told us that it would work on all future FWs. Wondering if this is still the case or that we misunderstood it... or they just have no news on that part.
