SCETOOL v0.2.9 is still not working, for new games 4.10-4.20

I got 2 ERROR:
*Error: could not find keyset for SELF
*Error: Could not decrypt header

I just search in google this 2 ERROR, NO ONE figure it out, one year ago, how to fix this 2 ERROR, even by THE CREATOR of SCETOOL, himself.
