erm 1 thing the private keys are not on the ps3.
they are in sony office !!!

No because PS3 uses ECDSA, not OpenSSL and RSA.

doesnt have to be rsa i think

Games do have RSA checks also not all but Black ops does & i am positive of this .

Holy mother of keys!
If this really could be applied to the ps3 keys then it would be a major breakthrough even if fiddling with the system voltage is not a thing for everybody.

I will say it's *possible* but Sony uses ECDSA algo as @pereb27 stated, and kakaroto explained in his blog some time ago.
