Installed worked like a charm. Based on KM 3.55 for sure. All my homebrew is working! Next step is to install a distro. I'd love a tutorial or pointed in the right direction, as im unsure how this CFW differs from the ps3linux wiki. Thanks! I'm uploading video for all to see.

That's been my theory since tb was very first released. I've thought so ever since Demonhades was the first person I could recall who said you didn't need the keys to play newer games. Then about a month later tb was released. I've since been scolded for that assumption. Who knows. We'll see.

P.S. Would definitely love a tut on what/how to install a linux partition with this.

I agree completely. And you shouldn't have been scolded because several members have the same feeling. Evidence is out there IRC for example.

Can anybody mirror the CFW for me? The gitbrew link isn't working for me. It keeps saying the server is taking too long to respond and the the connection has time out. Going on like this for a few hours now.

I'd like to preface this by saying that I'm not new to the ps3 from either the hardware of software side of things. I've taken apart and repaired several ps3's and been through pretty much every mfw out there and installed linux via petitboot. I installed gleveland's firmware from 3.55 OFW through XMB (which was probably a mistake). My PS3 is now stuck in a rather unique state. I have no video, from either AV Multi out or HDMI. If I boot into recovery mode, the symptoms persist. I've tried to recover using an atmel based PS3Key with no success (it doesn't turn red and reboot, even with the correct HEX flashed onto it). I think If I knew what buttons to press to boot into gameos from the initial coldboot I could get my video working again. Any help with this would be appreciated. I still have HDD activity although after rebooting a few times, I no longer can connect my PS3 controllers to the system, they just blink.

UPDATE:
Apparently my PS3 was just on the rag and being moody. After 3 hours of freaking out, it decided to output video again. It wasn't the TV, since I was swapping video to my PC input and checking a download. Not sure what the problem was but it's resolved now. Flashing 3.55 OFW again and then flashing this firmware from recovery.

Trying to get all of these files are a pain through upload.to absurd 1 file per hour rule. If you can download any of them and put up the link that would be alot nicer than waiting the remaining 3 hours to download 3 files.

Can someone please reupload the CFW .pup file somewhere? Gitbrew seems down and I am unable to download the CFW through torrents somehow. The download doesnt start there.
