Oh, awesome, without all of the NISA limitations too. I'm guessing this needs to be tested first though, there could be bugs.

I don't remember any bugs and I did everything including LoC Final Boss. The menu (were you select items, equipment, status screen, etc.) wasn't translated, but everything else is.

Okey, so there is a few ways to get the keys.
-Dumping from RAM
-Dumping a Dycrypted LVL 0
-Dumping with Luinx
Which one of those did they use?
And this is just the public keys, I think the public keys are the same at 4.21.
I guess we just have to wait, this will not lead to a cfw btw

You need private keys for that

Decrypting 3.60 Game updates with scetool works, it just need a little tweak! i had the same problem with header but now everything works!
