E3 Flasher Esata station

Hey,

My E3 flasher limited version is coming next week and im preparing for the whole downgrade and such. So i already got all my files ready and such but im just wondering about one thing!

On the e3 flasher site it sais that the e3 flasher limited contains a esata station what accepts 2.5 aswel as 3.5 hdd's. Christechtv on youtube sais that the esata station will not accept 3.5 dough, the esata station has a line where it sais 3.5 into the port where u suppose to put the hdd dough.

Can anyone who has the e3 flasher limited please confirms that the esata station will accept my 3.5 hdd so i dont have to buy a 2.5

edit* want this cuzz i wanna dual boot

Great thanks for ur time and i hope to get some answers very soon...

@virgilcameron it has to be a sata hdd you are using. Most hdd these days are sata, regardless of what size drive they are. Unless it is an old hdd that is IDE. If you look at 5:51 on that video you posted it even says 2.5/3.5 on the little booklet.

The esata drive works for 3.5. I broke the enclosure for my external drive, and was using the esata for the 3.5 drive as an external.

As long as it is sata, it will work.

SATA is SATA. It's a universal plug. It will work.
