hi.
i've tried to make my own patch for the european BCES00569-version. i installed the updates from 1.05 to 1.13. than i extract the 1.12 and the 1.13-update and put both together in one folder. the eboot was decrypted and all together packed in one pkg-file. i've installed the pkg and tested my work... i've no error like 8001003c or something. it only wants that i update to 3.60. i used the scetool with the 3.60-keys but i doesn't works... |

I almost knew there was something wrong! The question is now: IS THAT THE REASON why some games are not booting? And is this a bug?

@ps3hacktivator
I had the same Problem, but fixed this with a Spoofer. After this you will get the Error :/. @alienkid I have the right keys, I copied them and nothing changed. So the Problem still occurs. Furthermore I don't get an Error Message when I decrypt the Eboots, the point is that it seems that the decryption goes at some Point somehow wrong! All the fixed Eboots I have downloaded had a "content id" and the "app version 1.0.0", this is why I'm thinking that there is something wrong... Last edited by _D_S_; 08-03-2012 at 04:11 PM. |

Well as I understand it from
@ZOMBIEKILLAH
through reading some of his posts, the game updates have a different key.
I take his word for it cause he's been modding COD game patches.

But if there are different keys for updates, why didn't they get published?
I mean I have compared my keys with this list: http://pastie.org/4368553 (Which were on the front page) and http://pastie.org/private/cxqyed7veotyccabsfna (these were the original published keys) The keys are the same as the ones I have! So either there are some more Keys which are kept hidden by some guys or there is something wrong with the decryption progress! I don't want to blame anyone, but you have to admit that this is kind of wierd that there are patched eboots (even from patches) with a "content id" and the "app version 1.0.0" and everytime naddel81 and me are trying to decrypt a eboot there is no "Content ID" and the "app version" is changed to "3.65.0" ... |

If I remeber right the keys on the wiki were wrong, and got corrected yesterday
The keys in the original pastebin should be the right ones. And the ones on the wiki are the same I compared it minutes ago
