Well i'am new when it comes to jailbreaking and some other stuff related to it.

So how can I Upgrade my Version of CFW which is 3.55 to a LATEST version of CFW to play games that required higher version? like 3.71 or something?

But I really would like anyone to help me upgrade my Version to the most latest?

There's no CFW above 3.55.

Sorry I'm just not really that educated when it comes to versions of CFW but if i remember correctly there is a CFW version 4.xx or something just ignore the "xx" thing can't remember the digits :D.

As I said before, there's no CFW above 3.55, if you see something above it's probably a spoofer (a tool to prevent you from accidentaly update your console) but it doesn't make you run the newer games.

If you want to run the new games, you'll have to buy the True Blue Dongle or convert your console to DEX (there's a lot of tutorials here in PS3Hax to convert to DEX, just look for it).

But how can I play Condemned 2 in my ps3? They say I have to use Direct boot but I'm currently using Gaia manager how can i direct boot in Gaia manager? and how about those DEX? Is it really neccesary to play new games?

Condemned 2 is a 3.55 game, so you shouldn't have trouble playing this using multiMAN, I don't use Gaia Manager so I can't help you in this one.

And yes, if you want to run the new games but you don't want to pay for a dongle, you'll have to convert your console to DEX (it's very dangerous, in my opinion it's not worth the trouble, you can brick your console if you do something wrong).

oh, is that so but may I ask if your ps3 is already converted to DEX? But to play new games do I just have to wait for hackers do something? and wait really long to be enable to play it in my 3.55? or something?

No, I didn't convert my console, you'll lose the function to play DVD and Blu-Ray movies, some homebrews doesn't work properly at the moment, it's dificult to go back to CEX without bricking and some other limitations, in my opinion, it's not worth for me.

If you have patience, just wait for an advance in the scene, today we received the 3.60 keys, maybe soon enough we will possess the newer keys (4.21 or above), and with the newer keys, we can decrypt the newer games to allow them to be played on 3.55, if we're lucky enough, we can create a 4.21 CFW with those keys.

But, if you don't want to wait, just buy a True Blue dongle.

Sorry if I ask too much but what does 3.60 keys do? and when will I have to use it? if you have experience using it mind if you tell me what the reason and how you used it? :D

It's used to decrypt some of 3.60 games to be fixed to 3.55, and maybe with those keys, someone can create a 3.60 CFW, but not above this...
