i find it best sites to upload and download:
for small files (up to 50 mb) i use rghost.net (amazing for small files)
for bigger ones (50+ mb) http://www.basicupload.com/ (no daily limit and 1 minute wait time between downloads)

This sucks. why do people upload to these crappy sites?
