It's not the fact that I'm mad at the n00bs it just that basically any of them just want freaking Call Of Duty mods and completely forget the fact that it was designed for homebrew and not to modify games and be like one of those TLK kids.
I understand totally. Different generations have their different... ways of... things..?

Maybe it's a bit more like this "oh my god I CAN HAVE THIS!" because everything is offered up on a silver platter that's been culminating over the last 10-20 years. Took us WORK to get stuff years ago :P It wasn't easy pirating/dubbing cassette tapes 20 years ago (though at a time it certainly wasn't hard, just tedious) as with now you can get an entire album in seconds.

In the same regard I wasn't that way either. Questions involved doing research through books an physical encyclopedia's instead of clicking google and typing 100+wpm getting your answer in...again....seconds.

Another thing introduced in high school (or should I say became more prevalent) was A.D.D. I remember getting into my last couple of high school years and hearing all kinds of kids on pills to curb their A.D.D. Seems now all kinds have this and it's kind of labeled as normal.

Look at the commercials on TV......the concept of them is absolutely so far fetched that the content of the commercial has little to no relevance to the product they are trying to sell. For some reason the "Sonic" commercials ring that bell, but I know there are countless others... SpikeTV had a lot of them.

How does this crap get through to people?

I must come off as a totally rude dick... I get no PM's except for the random ones about my signatures. Or maybe it is just because I do not hang around in the help section too much...

I got my fill of helping out noobs in my PSP hacking days. Nothing has changed I see.

A. INTRO

I. What is this?
This guide is designed to give you a better understanding of what a noob is, how to recognize them, some details about them, and how to avoid or get rid of them. It mostly applies to online forums, which are the main targets of migrating noobs.

II. Defining 'Noob'
Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. n00bs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. It is the latter we will study in this guide so that the reader is prepared to encounter them in the wild if needed.

Noobs are often referred to as n00bs

Somehow I think a lot of kids do not have ADD/ADHD and just have a low attention span that doctors want to profit off of. Or perhaps they want everything given to them in a quick fashion without them having to put to use two or more braincells. This of course does not mean I think ADD is total sham, but perhaps a small bit of it is.

Might be that ADD seems more prevalent now because people are too damn lazy. Years before you had to look through physical books for the information, now you can get it in a second, like you wrote. Maybe that is causing more ADD diagnoses, pure laziness? Dunno.

I am coming off as a total asshat here to the ADD community no doubt, but hey, if you have an opinion someone probably hates you for it.

Ehh noobs only go after the people that seem very knowledgeable so i never have to worry

But mods and devs and people that make tutorials set themselves up to be asked stuff lmao it come's with the territory

I just hope that they pass the knowledge on to others instead of just forgetting it after accomplishing their own goals

It's all about the b00bs if you fill the place with them. Nice girls and some flash menu. With something *hot* rest asure they will not ask nothing about it.

Picture a massive hot girl on the banner on top.
