he's using an usb stick and yes it's fat32 formatted , and GAMES or GAMEZ dousnt matter in this case.

/dev_usb000/GAMEZ = external USB games (right most port)

/dev_hdd0/GAMES = internal HDD games dir

Everyone I found a temporary fix its not permanent through and I will not be able to load my games of a usb but:I got to mmos manger and then I locate my usb and find the game and copy it to my internal hdd :D but i will run out of space really fast as I also have a external 1tb and I want to use that any ideas any one I am still kind of stuck. (thanks to everyone who replied you are all awesome)

What game are you trying to play?

the only games that messed up externally for me was RDR and RDR:undead night mare. also any games with split files (+4gb) I always reassemble on my internal to play, then when im done with it (finished or bored) I reback it up to my external as an archived copy.

hmm this probably wont be the problem but go to the game tab of multiman and hit [] untill it says "game" under the controller icon
