same last version was 3.0 gave me errors on win7 every time i tried to work with it and new version (also 3.0 for some reason) doesnt work at all

Same problem
 and even running as admin and in compatibility mode seems to make no difference...

I have Win7 Home Prem 64-bit installed on my computer and it fails, with various compatibility settings....
I have Win7 Prof 32-bit in a VM running as well, and it also fails, using various compatibility settings as well.... It fails in the same fashion.... TL/DR: Windows 7 Fail
