Downgrading noob question
is it possible to use a PSP, Android Phone, or any electronic device other than a Teensy to downgrade my 4.11 OFW PS3 to 3.55?
Also is the reset function on my ps3 just going to reset the settings and not the firmware? |

NO it is not possible without an E3 or progskeet.

you need a hardware flasher, period. sorry
as for the reset, do you mean restore? if so, restore ps3 system in recovery menu will reinstall current fw and settings
