Thank you for clearing that up @CaptainCPS-X , it makes more sense now. Still the crack method is unexplained, perhaps it should remain unexplained so it cant be patched, as long as new games fixes get out.

After installing the patch the game said we need to update to 3.42 (then we patched the Param.sfo & it doesnt worked)
all what we had to was Hexedit(find the Param string of the Game & edit the3.56+ section to 3.55) the metadata_db_hdd file can ne found in in dev_hdd0/mms/db

well you're very right on this one , it wont update .
But try for example replacing an working 3.55 eboot to the TB game without touching the TB param.sfo , it won't launch ! << with this I mean "masking" because the game won't launch at all if you leave the TB param.sfo :/

Latest version integrates a lot with Windows, so you can do many things from the shell extension menu.

I don't have any TB releases to test but I am almost certain the SFO has NOTHING to do with the game not working after swapping a TB eboot with a non-TB eboot.

More than likely there are additional files that should have been copied over as well as the eboot.

Can you give me an example of a game where you swapped the eboot but left the TB SFO in place?

Or upload the TB SFO somewhere so I can look at it.

Oh, my bad, I just woke up recently xD

Anyways, my 2 cents, True Blue doesn't do anything special to their PARAM.SFO, they basically edit the portion that specifies the minimum FW version. I have used JB King (TB clone) in the past and didn't have to remove my original PARAM.SFO at all, multiMAN just patches it automatically.
