So I formatted it with the format tool, that comes with ps multi tools.. And set the allocation size to 65536. Now it works great.

I have 2TB seagate. It works w/o any probs (but i've not tried running games directly from it)

Basically Anything that Is USB 2.0 and can be formatted to FAT32 /Thread.
