problem when loading game from disk
Hi.. I have problem when loading game from disk using multiMAN latest version.. when I load the game.. it shows black screen and I can't quit from the game the only thing I can do is to shutdown ps3 and start it again... I tried different games but same problem ... is the problem from Blu-ray drive ? or I should do something else to make it works ?

Might be easier to know the solution, if we new all the variables. The most important one would be what game? Did you apply the fixes correctly, if needed? What are you loading the game from? external hdd? internal hdd?

I tried Ninja gaiden sigma and grand theft auto IV and how to apply fixes ? do you mean download Eboot fix and install it ? ..and the games I tried to load are disks ... I used multiman than start game from disk PSX/PS3 and it shows black screen ...even when I want to copy it shows (This operation is not allowed ) and test shows error reading. |

You are still vague.. What is the CFW that you are using?? Also what is the version of your multiman??

I though it was disc loading error? If you are running rogero 3.5 POC FW that would explain it. More info please

CFW is 3.55 kmeaw but when I see it in multiMAN it shows: fimmware 3.55 [SC-8 l Hermas] multiMAN version: 04.04.04 do you want a video to make it more clear ? Last edited by Soldier4ever; 08-23-2012 at 02:04 PM. |

What version is the official patch used on GTA IV?
Also if your game showed up and you were asked to update, did you update? You cans see if you updated the games in multiman. If you press the square button when selecting the game in multiman. The patch version should show up in the upper left corner.
