I had a little play replacing the background image in p-gen 1.51,

YouTube - Pgen 1.51 samsonIZED on the PS3 with SwapMagic.

aries2k had a little fiddle with it added the magic stuff so it works on ps3 without psxloader and kindly compiled it for me,

Hey guys. Do you think it would be possible to add some type of cheat engine to the emulator?

i dont think thats possable, first off we'd have to find the cheat engine in source format that was written for a ps2 sega emu, and p-gen is a chubber already at 3mb.

i think if a cheat engine .ELF was or has been made for p-gen it would be to big for it all to fit in the ps2 ram and just crash or not work at all.

maybe a hacked codebreaker would work but thats way out of my skill level, all we've done is put new music, background and drivers but so far so good, it still works.

At the minute i'm well happy with it :D

you could try changing the format of the rom, the .smd and .bin format , there are a few handy rom tools here,

i am not a coder i dont fully understand how to fix stuff like why this rom does not work, i will however look into it and try my best to find a fix.
