Because your on 4.23 which is a unreleased CEX firmware and your on SEX so Sony doesn't have to give you the option to do that. You get what I'm saying?

i hope some one to downgrade to 3.55 the new ps3 its comes like this (30001a)and over you cant not downgrade .
