First off....I have a little issue with the title...."The Marker is not Real"
Ummm Dead Space 2 explained that the marker was man made. Also with the dementia that Issac has experienced I really wouldn't be surprised with the marker only being in Issac's mind as well as the entire necromorph breakout. Saying the marker is not real has either been explained, or goes even deeper than we imagined, and should be left to the person behind the controller to figure out once the game is finally released.

I really hope I am wrong but this game really seems like an attempt by EA to milk a cash cow. EA is famous for doing that (look at madden and how they never wanted a single version with yearly DLC) Point being you shouldn't give away possible spoilers. Dead Space 1 was great. Dead Space 2 was good, but it was not Dead Space 1. The franchise has yet to disappoint me so I will get the third installment, but I have already set my standards for this release really low.....lets hope I am wrong.

I just grabbed Dead Space 1 and 2 (again) off of Steam 2 weeks ago for $10 for both copies. The PC versions are even better than the already great console versions and I will probably get this on PC.

Also for my last little rant.....once again this is not PS3 news. This game will hit all platforms and has never been exclusive. The GTA5 articles I agree with because the GTA series used to be synonymous with the PS brand. Regardless of what I think I am not a news poster and this was still a good read

The dementia tha Issac suffers on DS 2 is because he had serious contact with the red one and become some part of his persona.

P.s: the day you will stop saying it's not ps3 news, i will be seriously mad. I can take that from anyone but coming from you is a complement (not forget greg, pirate, annelies, hax staff).

P.s 2: Buy the third one!!!! (i will do it) and do some speedrun on the first and second one. I think even EA messing up the story with this co-op maybe we will see the marker on Earth or who knows...xD

Like I said I enjoyed reading this because I am a Dead Space franchise fan...so thanks for bringing it to the attention of others.

It doesn't matter what I think is news and what is not news....I am not a news poster, you are!!!! One day I will make you realize that the opinions of others doesn't mean **** as long as it is pleasant for someone else to read (like me).

My post and that comment was just made to push you and f*ck with you a little. It really is a good article and I meant no offense by my drunken words. F*ck what others think (including me) as long as one person finds this useful and a good read (including me)

Also @hellsing9 (and anyone else for that matter) I really suggest getting them both. You have a decent PC and I would get them both on that platform (or PS3 ) First survival horror game I have played in a long time that is fun to play in the dark, and will scare the **** out of you at times.

I maxed everything as far as the last two PC versions go and I hope to do the same with the 3rd installment of the series

Watsup, the first game I played on my ps3 was dead space, fell in love with it, can't wait for the 3rd installment, e3 didn't give dead space a good review along with other critics so nice work for all the info,
