Does it occur with all games? Does it occur in certain games at certain moments? Need more details.

While I'm playing the game, everything works normally, I'm just saying that when I start CodeUnique and activate some codes, sometimes when going back to the XMB the ps3 freezes and the screen stays black until I restart it either by unplugging it or by holding the button long enough. This happens randomly, I have no idea what causes, but I've seen that with some games it happens more often than others. For example for Dead Space Extraction (I've activated the codes for it somewhere 10-11 times) it's only frozen once, while with for example Condemned 2, I've activated the codes for it somewhere 10-11 times, and it's frozen 5-6 times. This freezing issue so far has happened with every game atleast once. It's completely random, so is there any way to fix it?
