You can only go to DEX if you are on CFW 3.55. Above 3.55 a hardware flasher is needed to downgrade to 3.55 first (only possible if your PS3 was on FW 3.55 before) and then convert it to DEX.... This is explained a lot of times in this topic already ...

Why? because CFW is needed to do the DEX hack. You can't DEX-hack a PS3 without CFW/Linux...

Ow, and did I say already we always warned people not to upgrade above 3.55 for a very long time

So I just convert cex 3.55cfw to dex 4.21. Has peek&poke been implemented to run games from internal hdd through multiman. If there is can someone shoot me a link to the thread?

No there's no peek and poke in 4.21 dex..it's an official firmware..can only play games with update using bdemu...some 3.55 games can be launched from pc streaming via target manager...

Thank you. I was thinking multiman dex implemented it but i have no ****ing clue anymore lol
