My ps3 is bricked after i install kmeaw cfw..(my former firmware is rogero)
I decided to change my rogero cfw to kmeaw since i can't play some of my games the process is fine until i install the kmeaw cfw..i followed the video tutorial that i used when i jb my first ps3 ..it says in the video that it is normal while installing kmeaw cfw to jump from 57% to 100% but in my case i think it jumps from 38% only to 100% percet after that you can still press the power button to on but after a while the green light will just fade off i think..about 3 seconds only...helps are greatly appreciated

Was the console downgraded? If so, did you dehash it by Qa flagging the console before switching to kmeaw?

Can you get into the recovery menu, If so Try to install 3.55 OFW. Then go to Rogero or rebug.

I have no idea if it's downgraded or not since i just bought the console from a shop and the seller shows me that the console was on official fw 3.55 then they jb it into romero i dont know what to do cause when i power on the ps3 it only last for 3 sec then it will automatically shut down..so basically i cant enter into recovery mode..i left the jailbreak scene last oct..when i accidentally upgraded my ps3 to 3.72 ..and become busy at work..sorry for my english..im trying my best hehe ..thankd btw for the fast response im currently working right now that why im late in responsing

Ps3 slim ..i think it's cech2101b model ..not that sure ill check again later when i get back home

Sounds like a corrupt FW download possibly... did you verify the file before attempting to flash it to your PS3? Where did you download it from?
