A question. If "on 30/07/2012 " they stated "We expect user can join this sytem to get what they want after 1-2 month", wouldn't that mean they have until October to deliver on that promise? And even if October 1st passes without a delivery: lots of planned releases get rescheduled for a later date?

I follow this scene from a distance. And my impression is there are a lot of people standing by to burn down others, complaining, asking for hacks for new firmware etc. Although it might be appropriate to burn wrong-do-ers, might the scene prosper more if there was a more positive atmosphere, crediting people for trying to deliver, crediting people for what they do (often for free) etc? I know there are many people who are not complainers and who do give positive feedback. Maybe i don't understand the situation around TB (i have read about them). If so: excuse me.

There's not official REP from them since then. So even if the *deadline* is on October with all that happened until now..it's pretty useless.

You are right about the *demanding* ones, but that's the way some situations flow. We cannot do anything about that as individuals but as community = Yes, keep waiting to someone to *come clean*.

I just done some kind of time line, after DEX/3.60 keys/TB eboots they went radio silent for no reason at all (or maybe with a reason that we don't know).

TB is dead, that situation is plain and simple they *promised* something on July and we are on September.
We are not talking here about Homebrews, but DRM devices that people bought (some of them blindfolded) to get no support neither feedback from TB team.
People payed for this DRM devices, that's the issue. Now with the help of vaseline they can insert the dongle where the sun don't shine. (sadly).

Same happened with Jbking and many others. (Hit and run situations) They squeezed all the cash out of it and when the situation was getting worse they only disappeared.
Now it's turn for the *untouchable* one = Cobra.
But Cobra at least have some feedback with their customers.

I think E3 were just propagandering for new sales for their E3 flashers....

They promise more for 3.55 owners, sell a heap of flashers to people wanting to downgrade to 3.55 to enjoy their promises, then they fail to deliver... shocking.

They must have had something though to fix NG3 and fifa street no?
