Mind if I ask what game id is your mw3 and how big is it(memory wise in multiman)?.. Because my original rip didn't work no matter what I did. I reluctantly downloaded the duplex release and I noticed the difference in size is about 200mb. The rip is bigger than duplex release and duplex release works with no issues.

If the drive reads the game to rip it, then it isn't the drive. It has to be something else. What version multiman do you have? You need to run the patch 1.00 and then use bdmirror if you have multiman version 4.04 or later

I've rechecked everything twice, just tried with burnout paradise and it works fine. I can't understand why the mw3 disc has suddenly decided to stop working though

Installed Kmeaw 3.55 CFW
Installed Multiman (latest version)
Installed 4.11_Version_Spoofer_2.2_355
Ripped the game using Multiman
Installed EP0002-BLES01433_00-MW3PATCHFIXED102
FTP'ed the PARAM.SFO, default.self, default_mp.self & EBOOT.BIN files into the relevant MW3 folder's

I actually recommend rogero v3.4 because v3.5 is a poc and has several bugs still.
