This game has an update v1.03 this means there was another 1.02 and 1.01 before
Each of this updates includes a different eboot.bin, so this are 3 "target" eboots to look at
Its needed to know with wich keys was signed this eboots... if one of them is signed with 3.60 or older... eureka, this is where the "fix" comes

If the eboots are bigger than 3.60... then we can speculate if it was obtained from memory dumps, but not before because maybe was not needed

Wich ones ?... the only update available for this game (in sony servers) is v1.03... to find v1.01 and v1.02 is needed to find somebody that downloaded them before (and stored safely)

The PS3_SYSTEM_VERSION inside param.sfo doesnt needs to match the keys used in the eboot... there are A LOT of games wich param.sfo says that requires a high firmware... but the eboot has been signed with old keys

Edit:
And there are several examples of new games where the eboot in the disc is signed with high keys (lest say 4.00)... and his updates are sigend with old keys (lest say 1.00)
There was a new frontpaged here of a group that found exactly this behaviour in a update (they laughed at the use of 1.00 keys)
