Can someone please help me out? I have the 3.55 true blue v2 cfw installed and I want to use reactpsn. I followed all the directions and when I log into the reactpsn account i get an 80028C0B error. I just got this ps3 used and it came with 3.30 when I got it. this ps3 has never been online. My dlc for my games arent showing up either. I think it has something to do with the act.dat file. I can no longer get this file from psn because there is no spoofer for the current firmware 4.21. and the act.dat file that reactpsn creates does not work. I also tried the rap2rif tutorial and that does not work either. I am trying to use the wwe all stars dlc and when I follow all the instructions for either tutorial, the dlc characters are not there! what can I do to make this work? Thanks in advance

Thank you for your reply, I still have another question. My true blue dongle firmware is 2.7. Will that still work? Or is it possible to downgrade to 2.61?
Also, do I sign in when I am asked to sign in when I start the game? If I don't sign in, the dlc content will not be there. (i have never been online, and I created an account on the sony website) ************* [ - Post Merged - ] ************* I just tried it, it says I need to update. Should I use the 9.99 spoofer? Okay so I finally got it to work, but it isn't working fully. There is 6 rap files and 6 pkg files, but only one of the rap/pkg dlc is showing up. The rest of the dlcs will not show up
