prototype 1 has some bug which prevents it from running on 3.55 even from disc (it works fine on 3.41). no matter if ofw or cfw. they have released some patch to fix it, but to my testings it doesn't work.

you can either make a direct boot pkg on internal to run the game from xmb, but it changes region automatically to english, so not recommended.
or you run it from external even discless, without any additional options. this way it works fine without corrupt data message

part two works normal (if eboot patch applied) from internal or disc, but needs disc in drive

If you are ripping from an actual disc make sure your disc isn't scratched because it can cause an error. That happened to me when I was ripping a friend's disc and didn't realize the disc was scratched badly.

Also each game should be working fine from the external.
