Seagate External HD issues with PS3
I have 2 external HDs.
One is a Western Digital 500GB Portible HD where I was able to use EaseUS Partition to covert 400GB to NTFS and 100GB to FAT32 and the PS3 recognises it no problem. The other HD I have is a Seagate 3TB that I wanted to use and keep connected to the PS3 at all times. I would like to have 1TB in the FAT32 format. For some reason I cannot get the PS3 to recognize this drive. I have used the EaseUS Partition and a Seagate DiscWizard. The most I have gotten it to see is when I click display all, you can see the Folders "VIDEO", "PICTURE", "MUSIC" & "PS3". When you click on those folders it says there are no files inside these folders. So something is a miss. With the Western Digital I dont even need to click the display all. Can anyone please help me figure out what I am missing on this drive? Thanks. |

I think you need to have your FAT32 partition as primary partition.......
