Cfw means peek and poke which in turn means the ability to dump memory and thinker with various things so maybe not all hope is lost for those on 3.60+ ofw

Firmwares 3.60+ have various checks that won't let you install a firmware pup that has been modified(cfw/mfw), you can only install them from 3.55.

We don't know what method they used to create this cfw(keys or some exploit) but if they said that you need to be on 3.55 most probably they couldn't bypass the checks for now.

The thing here is that we don't know if they say that men, it's a translation from google, chinese for english
But yeah it could be, im just saying this because the translate it's ****ed up, and im 100% sure when this came out, other leaks will came too, so no one that are in ofw 4.21 or 4.25 will be left behind.

If they can play 4.21 games, it's because the firmware have the keys, no way to bypass this, only with the true blue method, but it doens't work on newer games.

If you suppose that the demo fw is just a locked down cex firmware then it could be possible but i'm not sure of any technical details.
What i know for sure is that those checks are in place but it wouldn't surprise me if sony screwed something up once again.
