Help me please to recovery three PS3.

Situation 1st:
1st PS3 Slim:
PS3 worked on FW Rogero 3.1 (after downgrade), then user decided update FW to Rogero 3.7 via Recovery menu, but file of update was named "PS3UPDATE.PUP" not "PS3UPDAT.PUP". PS3 turn on -> one beep -> black screen -> turn off -> PS3 think -> beep -> turn off.

- I have E3 flasher but I am not very understand, that I need to do. PS3Devwiki i was read but there written very difficult for me (every topic link me to the new thread)

P.S. I can make downgrade easily, but how to do De-brick i don't know (hope yet)

Situation 2nd:
2nd PS3 Slim:
User convert PS3 from CEX 3.55 to DEX 4.21, but dump of CEX he lost.

- PS3 still work on 4.21 DEX, how me to return PS3 to 3.55 CEX (SAFELY)

Situation 3rd:
3rd PS3 Fat:
User try update PS3 from 3.55 to CFW Rogero 4.21 v.1.00 and received a brick.

- What I need to do to De-Brick console?

PLEASE IF YOU KNOW, WHAT SHOULD I DO - WRITE ME PLEASE IN STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL.
I would really grateful for the help

I have a question for Downgrade FW: Downgrade from OFW 4.21 or higher is possible?
