Did you unplug the e3 flasher motherboard from the ribbon cable? If you did then there should be no lights on the e3 flasher, but it should still be plugged in to the hard drive bay so the system will recognize the hard drive

If i unplug the monterboar from the ribbon cable the PS3 start and 3 or 4 secons after shutdown.

I solder the to points on PS3 motherborar. The Nor Tristate on SBE and The point A on SCBE.

With the ribbon cabe conected on the E3 Flasher motherboard the PS3 keeps ON, But no video signal or HD and wireless activity.

@arkano I'm not sure you are understanding me. You need to follow all the steps, and then when it comes to putting the fsm dongle, then unplug the flasher board.

Arkano, make sure that your E3 clip is seated correctly.

After you've flashed your PS3 with funflash make a backup of it with E3.

Check the file with a hexeditor to verify that your E3 can write 100% without data loss/corrupted data. (Don't trust .log on tf card)

Lests i explain again what happening to me.

My Ps3 is bricked.

I have done the flasher to the dump of PS3 ( UDDDDD ) on e3 flasher and start ( No HD or video activity).
After, i put the e3_downgread (DDDDDU) and start ( no video or HD activity yet ).
So i try to put the FSM dongle ( power + Eject ), the dongle don`t start (USB DEAD) and no video or HD activity.
So i try do what you told me. I remove the e3 flasher ribbon cable from the motherboard of e3 Flasher.
Again, with the FSM dongle in USB, Start + eject button. The dongle start, but dont complete the procedure (red light show, but no blue light, I use the e3 card reader), because teh PS3 shutdown in 3 or 4 seconds.

I have solder the to points on PS3 motherborar. The Nor Tristate on SBE and The point A on SCBE.

So hellp me pleaseee. i need my PS3 back.

When you get bricked ps3, solder tristate and put flasher in flash fun(first up rest down)its totally normal that you dont have video signal and usb working.
so try to flash your original bios again(from fw that you want downgrade)with flash fun set, when procedure finish turn off console, put first switch down on E3 or cut wire from tristate(if dont you again dont have video and usb)then power on console. ps3 must work and you need to be again on ofw, and then start with downgrade procedure.follow steps careful and you will rescue console

My PS3 bricked when I was trying to downgrade.
Now there's no video signal or HDD activity and stay on for 3 seconds.
Then I soldered the NOR Tristate/SBE and A POINT/SCBE.
Now he is getting on, but no video signal or HDD activity.
I reflash my dump, after've used the e3_downgrade.bin, without video signal or HDD activity still.
When I tried using the dongle fsm (I use the E3 Card Reader) it does not start, the USB ports are dead. And no video signal or HDD activity.

OBS: After the many reflash, I cut the NOR Tristate/SBE wire and i'am stuck in tirstate mode, i have to hold the power button for 30 seconds to shutdown. The ps3 still on but no video signal or ad activity.

Can someone help me?
My Dumps is here

You may try to start from standby (only red led on). Press and hold start untill the ps3 start and power off. Release the button and press and hold it again untill you ear two fast "bip" sound, then release the button, and i hope you see a menu with several option. You hould choose to reinstall a firmware.
