Hey Guys I have a ps3 model no.2504B(4.11 ofw), i just wanted to ask that can i downgrade it to 3.55 using e3 flasher and can it be converted into dex console without downgrading ie on ofw 4.11? Thank u And plz do ans!!

download MinCHk and update it through usb. it tells you you min version you can downgrade. if it is 3.55 or lower you can downgrade with e3flasher. once you are on 3.55 cfw then you can go to dex.

Nope. 3.55 is required to perform any sort of mod, be it CFW or Dex conversion.

Use minvercheck in my sig to see if you can downgrade to 3.55, then if you can you will need to buy a flasher relevant to your console (NAND or NOR) and a FSM/downgrade dongle.

You cannot skip the downgrade step.
