is MODIO legal?
Maybe someone can answer this question? Is using programs like modio legal? Is it legal to use modio's game saves or is it illegal? Will it get you banned from xbox live?

There's nothing illegal about using a modified save, however if it's some sort of exploit in it, it can get you banned. For example, Microsoft won't like you going online with Left 4 Dead and using a modified save that allows unlimited ammo, god mode, and no clipping to fly around. Use them offline, not online, so unplug your ethernet cord, and don't forget to change the save back to normal if you want to go online.

I've never used it for game saves only themes and gamer pictures.
It's a great piece of software for creating themes. I'm gonna do a Sonic Adventure 2 theme and Dexter as I've gotten a bit bored with my Breaking Bad theme. |
