Possible to transplant NAND chip?

So i recently destroyed my cpu chip on my 3.55 in an attempt to replace the thermal paste under the heatspreader on it. Is it possible to transfer the NAND chip (which I guess holds the golden firmware, and not performed by me obviously haha) to another Ps3 or is it a bunch of other factors that are locked to that console?

Basically, would a NAND swap be enough to get a working 3.55 ps3 again?

Ps3 bios (firmware) is specific to each console and if you change the nand chip You will not do anything because then ps3 will not work (error as a brick) if you change the CPU you have to replace the SYSCON and NAND or NOR flash because they are united together in the ps3 system.

I told you that all you need is a donor CPU with 3.55 and the NAND/NOR Flash of the donors CPU Motherboard. You will also need the sycon(I'm unaware of how to do that ask @euss maybe) the donor CPU will need to be reballed. I'm sure if you ask a experienced member they might have a person they know who can do this for you. All in all IMO it would still be cheaper(and well more worth it) than to buy another console.
