Lulzsec hacker pleads guilty over Sony attack
An American member of hacking group Lulzsec has admitted attacking the Sony Pictures website.
The admission of Raynaldo Rivera, of Arizona, emerged in court documents detailing a plea agreement he has reached with prosecutors. The attack made the database behind Sony's website surrender the names, addresses, birth dates and passwords of thousands of account holders. Lulzsec then posted the data on a separate widely accessible website. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-19949624 |
