I just remembered that reactpsn v2.22 could screwed up my system, many say their console is bricked because of it. But still, i use two internal HDD on my ps3(long story), and i installed reactpsn v2.22 on one of them to activate Dead Space 2 dlc. Then how is possible other one got same problem?! Guess that reactpsn v2.22 done something on my motherboard chip or something(i'm so clueless). I will hang myself if i must flash?!

ok, this needs to be said....those that are flipping the **** out over people using the patch files on rebug....STFU and sit down!!

1. if people want to use it then that is their decision. they say it works. If it works now, it will always work. It's not like suddenly a week from now their console will just melt after it's been fine this whole time.

2. anything negative that COULD potentially happen from replacing files like those included in the patch can be fixed with a simple reflashing of any 3.55 firmware in recovery. It's a free 5 minute fix.

all the ranting and *****ing & moaning about people using a patch on what is considered the most fully featured cex firmware available is just absolutely absurd!!! people have tested it and they say it works. accept that, and shut your damn mouth already!!

Maybe you need to stfu and sit down and realize that rebug uses multiple vsh.self files, the author would be blamed for a brick before anyone else (hence the warnings), and maybe the author didn't know. We want to keep the user experience positive and didnt want to touch on things that we didn't test like rebug compatibility. I am glad it is working out for people. We didn't buy their ps3s so it is not our concern what people do as long as bricks dont start falling on the author, or any other part of ps3hax.

You say stfu and sitdown....maybe you should stfu and sit down and start reading the thread. People havent mentioned this not being safe on rebug for quite a few pages now. We stated what we knew it was safe on. All these NGU leechers that just want CoD lobbies would blame ps3hax and itskamel for any bricks.....but something tells me that is where you came from. The home of cheaters, fake devs, scam artist, and children that are using a discussion board for the very first time.

No, you are missing my point...you guys are saying it's "dangerous" and "not safe" and all that other crap....it's not dangerous!!!! Nothing is gonna happen lol I dunno about you, but I don't call a RSOD dangerous :P I call a perma-brick dangerous.....I call needing a progskeet to fix the **** up a dangerous situation. I do not call having to reflash in recovery dangerous. You don't lose a damn thing except dev_flash patches which can easily be replaced in 30 seconds. I don't give a rat's ass about having to reflash...I do it almost on a weekly basis, just because I have to because I'm adventurous and I like to play with files in the dev_flash, etc.....that is not dangerous, btw....like I said, it's just a quick reflash.

i dunno why u all r getting ur panties in a wad. if ur not sure about overwriting ur dev_flash files then dont. it only took like a day before someone took the files and threw them in a spoofer pkg. (what i would have just done to begin with considering i like rebug.) if u cant follow simple directions or ur not sure then follow itskamel its almost idiot proof. then again the more idiot proof you make something the better the idiots seem to get. i dunno maybe we all just need to pass the peace pipe and contemplate the next move when sony releases a new fw. for example id like to add my own ssl cert to the next ofw so i dont have to wait for the passphrase.i can just ask charles and he would be more than happy to tell me lol.

I know I've been called a hell of a lot worse. Yes I've downloaded games; so what who cares. When the quality of a game reflects the price I might consider going to ofw. I love cod blackops. I've paid for it twice on 360 and ps3. Games like call of Juarez the cartel. That game isn't worth the plastic it's printed on. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for with the exception of video games. If its crap $60 and if it's good $60. So how the Hell am I supposed to know what I should spend my hard earned mny on. Also I don't trust review sites. Their opinion my not reflect my opinion.
