ps3 reball
hi i have just gotten the YLOD on my phat BC ps3 for the 3rd time which i have reflowed using a heat gun in the past but im just wondering if its possible to do a re-ball without the BGA stencils. there is a guy here in NZ that will do it for $230 but im cheap and plus my wife wont let me spend any money on it when we have another one sitting their even if it is on 4.25 OFW
 any help would be much appreciated |

$230 is expensive for reball. I have only payed $120 for it done professionally with proper machine.
Sorry don't about your question though. |
