Dex - 4.11 to Dex 4.21 ? - PS3Hax Network

First do I just update the normal way to get on to DEX 4.21 and Will updating from Dex 4.11 to Dex 4.21 delete anything like game saves or Trophies or anything like that from Dex 4.11 Please help answer.
