Hi

Any network experts here ? Having problems getting two routers working together. Any help would be great.

I had a virginmedia superhub installed a few weeks back, all working great. Signal could be better but ipad only used in the same room and does work ok.

My old setup was modem to belkin router to netgear switch which had the ps3, xbox and wii attached. The belkin has a media player and torrent downloader built in.

What im trying to do is connect the belkin onto the network to share the superhub internet for torrents and mediaserver. Ive set the belkin to a static ip in range 192.168.1.x and 255.255.255.0 and turned it to switch mode. I can then connect to its web interface by using its ip no and the media server shows on the network - ps3 finds it. However there is no internet, torrents dont start and even the time / date which should come from the internet is wrong 1970 ish.

Any idea how to get the belkin to use the internet ??

Not going to turn the superhub to modem only mode as the belkin is totally unreliable and wireless less than 5 foot.
