I followed the guide and now its in Italian exactly how you think it be from following the guide as ITA is Italy as FRA is France. How others claimed it became full english seems magical to me.

This is how I FIXED iNSOMNI-Dishnoured (full English 100% working)

-First you need to download the following files!

After you have downloaded all 3 files above follow these steps:

-First off, make sure you have the original iNSOMNI release! (if you've changed the EBOOT, SFO, etc change it back to the original iNSOMNI EBOOT, SFO, etc)

-Extract all the files in COOKEDPS3.rar (the big file you just downloaded from above link) to the following folder in your Dishonoured directory:

PS3_GAME\USRDIR\DISHONOREDGAME\COOKEDPS3

-Next, place the other file you downloaded from above COALESCED_INT_FULL.bin into the same folder aswell!

PS3_GAME\USRDIR\DISHONOREDGAME\COOKEDPS3

-Now, in the same folder above, look for the following two files:
COOKEDLANGUAGES and DEFAULTLANGUAGE

Open both these files with NOTEPAD and EDIT them, change FRA to INT in BOTH files and save them.

-Now you need to use the final file you downloaded from above and place it here:

PS3TOC.TXT place in PS3_GAME/USRDIR/DISHONOREDGAME/

Finally, use the EBOOT and SFO fix files (Duplex) download here if you need them:

FINAL STEPS:


Now let's help you to run the game! in Multiman, go to game settings of Dishonoured and select the following options!

-External
-BD-Mirror
-USB Patch (this might be greyed out but you can still highlight it with X)

Then start the game, it will install game data, then you're all set :D

Thanks to ichris and Zideeq, I can confirm this is now working on my 3.55 kmeaw 100%. I haven't installed the update yet but even if that doesn't work, simply delete the update from game data utility on the XMB (not the game data itself).

You have to change it to INT(I assume it stands for international?) and not ITA (which is italian). Make sure you delete all the game data and game update(s) first just to be safe. Good luck.

Download them again. If you're getting a corrupt file diagnostic then the file is corrupt..
