About my PS3 jailbreak or downgrade - PS3Hax Network

Guys I have PS3 Slim 160 GB Cech 3003a with Factory FW 3.60.Will I be able to downgrade using ProgSkeet or E3 Flasher?
Is there anyway to jailbreak or downgrade my ps3 3.60 with help of these lv0 keys?Or does my PS3 uses lv0.2 keys that aren´t published at the moment?Please don´t say see ps3devwiki I saw it and it says PS3 Slim 30xx comes with factory 3.60.
Please help as I don´t know much about jailbreaking or downgrading ps3 only a little bit
