I usually use the DarkEboot fixer as it is pretty easy to use. I've been messing around with the PKG Toolkit GUI lately too though.

Just read through the posts for each tool and you'll usually catch a feeling for how to use the tools.

And most of them have a readme with them that state how to use them.

Another good one is pkginfo as you can view the package and extract the files/directories with it.

So it appears that the tutorial that I was following for my PSN games that stated you could simply edit the param.sfo and resign the EBOOT was wrong.

So I found a slick little script that does everything you need with the package files and EBOOT resigning etc and the PSN games I have tested so far work now and don't give me the "Corrupted Data" after I exit back out to the XMB.

I went from Rogero 4.21 v.9 back to Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7.

Everything seemed to work fine, just as the instructions on tortuga said (Downgrader--->QA Toggle--->Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7.PUP). I should be on Rogero 3.55 now, but when I go to System Settings, it still says 4.25. I watched it recognize and update to Rogero 3.55 V3.7, and nowhere in the instructions does it say that at the very end it will still say 4.25.

Should I go ahead and install CEX 4.30?

i am on rogero manager 4.30 but i cant play resident evil 6 when i load the game i get an error 80010017 anyone knows why is that? any solution i tried it from ext and internal also but nothing with the normal eboot and with the 3.55 fix and the patch fix but nothing. thanx
