Question?
So I'm new here and I have a ps3 that's on 4.11. I know that there isn't a jailbreak out yet but I was wondering if there is anything I can do besides downgrading. Can I dex/cex on this firmware and if I do what will that let me do?

You could read/search about this, it is very well documented now that above 3.6x you can do nothing but downgrade IF your PS3 allows it. Check by using minvercheck in my sig below.
