Well your title says USB and most will assume you mean thumb drive but your post cleared it up a bit. It depends on which jailbreak dongle you have. Also if you are on a firmware higher than 3.55 do not even attempt to use psgrade to downgrade. It will leave you stuck in service mode with no way back out of it.

I bay it one e3 flasher and i want make downgrade and with e3 we need and one dongle for factory mode,this dongle can i make from one usb stick or not?and if i dont witch dongle i bay it ?

no you cannot make a downgrade dongle from a usb flash drive.

you can use other devices though

I use an sansa c200, need version 1 though and not version 2. I got lucky on amazon.

Enters factory mode and also works as an original 3.41 jailbreak.
