I can barely understand what you are trying to say
but the gist of it is, is that you briked your ps3 through a mem dump?

You might have accidentally deleted one of your flashes and turned off your system
from there its completely bricked because it can not reboot its self

you will need to buy a new ps3 or see if sony will actually fix a modded ps3

Still, even if you have the original dump, you might have accidentally deleted one of your flashes from the ps3 and rebooted by accident, rendering it useless.
