GLOD?
Okay so after reflowing a ps3 I received it worked great;there were no poblems, i ejected the disk, was able to play a game and was about to give it back to my friend. however when I got back home, i turned it on and now all i get is the soliid green light and a black screen. So what can I do to fix this, should I attempt another reflow?

Sounds like the gpu is in the fritz. You either didn't get the reflow good enough for the gpu or it is dead.

Mine is dead for sure, i already take it to two shops but they just do anything.. I hope your would be okay. |

The part that confuses me is that this hasnt happened before. It worked for 10 min, then sat for a couple hours and now it wont work. What would be the first thing you would all try?
I want to try another reflow but i was hoping before i put any more strain on the mobo someone who has experience with GLOD could recommend something ************* [ - Post Merged - ] *************
