Well I've tried to install almost all Rogeros, downgraded and all. I've tried the new rebug firmware as well as ofw 355. But I've yet to try Kmeaw(Though I'm starting to doubt it would word anyway). But to answer your question yes, I'm getting it every time I try whether through Condor, XMB and recovery.

try a different usb stick and make sure its formated to fat 32.
