harryoke Disc game 355 fixes and the update(wich should work on 355 and 4.xx - npdrm 01 key) only for 355 not properly patched! ... it boots with either harryoke or the added update in same way, after the 10th anny logo it's a black screen on all settings.. some more patching like "60 00 00 00 3C 80 10"?? but there's no pattern, compare a couple and some have this patched others are different values...this takes way to much time for noobs like us, we need a dplx example

bdMirror doesn't work for Test Drive Ferrari.


The original eboot is 18MB and the fixed one is 9MB, surely this is the cause for it not working?

its getting harder & harder to fix games for 3.55 damd these devs ....we do need a helping hand from people more experienced than us...we can only use the tools that have been provided to us...and atm they aint workin for this????

no the eboot is compacted ...the size is fine m8

patching two other offsets..now no black screen but error 800100017 and back to xmb on 355, may be run it on dexside and check the log whatever is blocking u should see in the log...this is to much..more checks...take a blind pick ..i guess the groups are having problems or we would seen a fix already and duplex aint patching updates no more...for testing it's good enough..fully agreed on that part tho...

edit: sometimes compressing the EBOOT can cause a boot problem so "they" say...compressed only boots a bit faster right, anyway sometimes u see an uncompressed fix..not usre if it matters..testing both is only way to know for sure..

The reason it does not work is my fix is for the BLUS version not the BLES version, also the only reason the fixed EBOOT.BIN is smaller is because the compression option is set and the original in uncompressed.

I will have a look at making a BLES01414 patch.

I didn't use yours seeing as it was the Blus version. So I tried the DarkEbootfixer to sign the eboot, but you also mention the SHADER file which I didn't touch. I've just tried to decrypt it with the SDAT utility in DarkEbootfixer but it won't decrypt. Could you tell me how you fix it?

If not I'll have to send you the files later on in the week when I'm not using this worthless 56k connection on my phone.

Just realised I have the files. I will have a look at doing a fix for you to test.

As for SDAT: V4 SDAT have to decrypted on a PS running V4.XX CFW. Using cellFsSdataOpen. It can then be re-encrypted to V3 using my tool. See more here:

I have released a later versions of this application over on psx-scene that supports upto V3 decryption and some other fixes and features.

EDIT: OK SDATs are the same so the SDAT in my BLUS fix will work on the BLES version of the game. Try that while I look at the EBOOT.BIN.
EDIT2: EBOOT.ELF files are also the same so the EBOOT.BIN in my fix will also work for the BLES version of the game. Obviously do not use the PARAM.SFO, just let MultiMan change it and enjoy.
