It doesn't really matter as the fix doesn't really work, but compared to my PC version of the game it looks real bad. Lots of shadow pixellation and pop-up.

No need to get pissy just because the fix you posted doesn't doesn't work, there are valid reasons why people still want to stay on 3.55. My collection of 3.55 PSN titles is reason enough and I don't have uncapped internet to re-download all my titles.
