Hello. I have PS3 with 4.30 CFW on it. Showtime rocks. But this isn't the point.

I bought second hand Fifa13. Which had used online pass already. So I had to buy new one. But as I bought it. I couldn't install it on my PS3. PS3 would always give me an 80029519 error code. Well, I thought maybe logout and login would solve the problem. Didn't solve it. So I looked up on google. It says the file system is corrupted. Well that didn't work either, because I applied Restore File System trought Recovery and it would keep sending me this problem. Actually this problem would occur with everything I wanted to download throught PSStore, demos, everything. Well I found solution to the problem. For everyone that would in future experience the same problem. Online you can find many solutions to this problem, but many involve FULL FORMAT of PS3 but that is not necessary. Here is my solution.

1. Backup your save data. (Saves can be copy protected, so copy the ones that aren't to EXT HDD, the ones that are, copy them with Multiman* to the EXT HDD )
2. Create new user on PS3 ( Go with USER 1 )
3. Delete your old user
4. Create the new user with the same name as the one user you deleted (If you like the name or whatever)
5. Copy the saves throught XMB back from EXT HDD to PS3 and throught Multiman* the protected ones.
6. Go into recovery and apply REBUILT DATABASE
7. Log into PSN with your account, synch Trophies and download what didn't work before.

Hope it will help to those having this problem.

* The save games that are protected (they are located hdd0/home/000000x (this is different for everyone)/savedata (you have to know the BLES/US/etc code of your game to recognize the saves)

thanks man - exactly what I was after after experiencing the same error trying to download a Rocksmith DLC.

i there if i make a backup of my trophys trough multiman along with the saves wll the trophys be compatible with the new user? also can someone comfirm that the protected saves are working with the new created user?

in multiman saves are in which folders? Just in [Home]? does [Game] folder have saves too?

I followed all the steps to the letter.. when trying to load a game ie Sleeping Dogs it says

"this save was created by a different user"

please help or all my saves are useless!

the error message is because in you exdata folder there isnt a valid act.dat file ...you dont need to delete your user or saved games....just move your exdata folder which is located at hdd0/home/user0000****/ to an external using multiman then delete it from hdd0 ....then try and buy something from psn and it will now activate (no error)...now copy everything inside your exdata folder from your external into the newly created exdata folder on hdd0...hope this helps

ps also activate your console in xmb if it isnt already
